Addressing the dual pain points of flavor loss after high-temperature sterilization and difficulty in opening packaging in the ready-to-eat food and braised food industries, we have achieved a technological breakthrough with our high-temperature resistant, easy-open retort pouches. This product uses an imported high-temperature resistant composite substrate and features a seven-layer optimized structure design. Even after high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization at 135℃, it maintains excellent barrier properties, with oxygen permeability below 5cm³/m²·24h·atm and water vapor permeability controlled below 1g/m²·24h, providing up to 18 months of long-lasting freshness protection for traditional delicacies such as spicy soup and braised beef.
More noteworthy is its innovative easy-open structure design. By adjusting the heat-sealing layer formula and texture process, it achieves a smooth "pull-to-open" experience. The seal peel strength is consistently maintained at 3-5N/15mm, avoiding leakage caused by the "violent disassembly" of traditional packaging and eliminating the safety hazards of sharp edges after opening. Currently, this product has been applied to many well-known ready-to-cook meals companies.
